News on Norgs

For those of you keeping track at home, the PressThink "thought experiment" did not take place this weekend. Instead, there was a bloggercon-ish unconference on Norgs in Philly Saturday that I wasn't able to attend because I was flying west. Jay Rosen sent me the link to the wiki results Sunday night. It's not written in the language of manifesto, but don't let that stop you. Go read it. It's a blueprint for what could be. And if that's the future you want, then you need to turn your thoughts toward it.

Jeff Jarvis live-blogged it, and Will Bunch at Attytood named it: The Philadelphia Experiment.

But are journalists paying attention? Are they even aware?

Anyway, I asked Jay whether the online thought experiment would take place, and I'll keep y'all posted here. All nine of you.
