Cheney: Not part of executive branch?
Vice President Dick Cheney's assertion that he doesn't have to abide by disclosure laws because he's not a member of the executive branch is ridiculous on its face, but from the neocon perspective, by the time they finally get around to impeaching him, he should have destroyed and/or hidden most of the incriminating documents.
