So remember how they told us all that warrantless surveillance was just on overseas calls? And then, OK, it was on domestic calls as well, but only when there was a terrorist on one end of the line? So what's the explanation when it turns out that they're using phone records to determine who is talking to reporters?
From overseas terrorists to pesky leakers in less than a year. No wonder we need to rename the 4th Amendment "the Fourth Suggestion."
